I really enjoyed when the author was describing the pep rally and how hyped up the players were getting as everyone cheered for them. He used good figurative language like metaphors, similes, and hyperboles to describe what was happening around them and how the players were feeling at the moment. You could really tell that the author was at the pep rally by how well he depicted the scene. He used great imagery and it made me want to continue reading the book.

I really enjoyed when the author was describing the pep rally and how hyped up the players were getting as everyone cheered for them.
